Terms of Service

Welcome to SkillForger, an advanced professional skill building platform at skillforger.biz. These terms govern access to our services, infoproducts and goods. By engaging with SkillForger in 2024, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Services

SkillForger offers live training sessions, workshops and coaching in professional skill development.

2. Terms for Advanced Professional Services

Bookings for live sessions require full payment in advance. Cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for 80% reimbursement of the payment. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation. Participants may reschedule a session once with at least 5 days notice, subject to availability.

3. Terms for Information Products

Information products consist of digital materials such as video courses, eBooks and tutorials. Access is granted immediately upon payment. Because of the nature of digital delivery and the ability to make copies, digital products cannot be reimbursed once access has been granted.

4. Terms for Goods

Physical items such as printed materials or equipment are delivered to the address provided. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days by contacting us via customer support form. Damaged items should be shipped back at our expense. Reimbursement will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the item.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

For services, infoproducts and goods, any reimbursement will be issued via the original payment method. The timeline for reimbursement depends on the provider but is typically completed within 14 business days after approval.

6. No-Refund Exceptions

Certain one-on-one coaching sessions are reserved exclusively for an individual participant and involve allocation of expert time. These services are not eligible for reimbursement once scheduled. Rescheduling is possible under the terms described above.
